FAQs - PLEASE READ

Collection Mode -- Small items can be mailed using registered mail. For handbags, collection is by meetups ONLY. This is so you can check the item before paying the balance. Clementi mrt 6.30 or 7.30 pm weekdays, Buona Vista MRT after 8 pm weekdays and almost anytime weekends. I can try going to Raffles Place/ City Hall/ Orchard mrt 7-8 pm weekdays, subject to my schedule. Due to the number of meetups and my tight schedule, I seek your understanding and cooperation. If the options listed above are not convenient for you, please make sure that an alternative arrangement can be made prior to placing your order. Thank you
Pre-Orders -- Unfortunately we are not taking orders at the moment. Please look out for our next update for pre-orders, thanks!
Payment Mode -- 30% deposit is required through DBS atm/ internet transfer. The remaining amount to be paid in cash during meetup/ collection. Deposit is non-refundable; except when item is unavailble deposit will be refunded 100%

Kate Spade accessories come with gift box, while COACH gift boxes can be provided subject to availability. Extra charges may apply for gift boxes to cover shipping costs. Items bought from katespade.com do not come with gift receipt and paper bags.
